Signing up with the xneelo Control Panel
Setting the scene:

The xneelo Control Panel is built on the latest technology and works with completely different systems than konsoleH. Therefore you will need to create new sign up and login details.

Your customer email address will be pre-populated to ensure easy sign-up. This email address can’t be changed and will ensure access to the beta release.

Feel free to make use of the check boxes below to keep track.

Web Hosting product page
Scenario:

You want to explore what you can do with your web hosting product(s).
- Select one of your web hosting products to access more options.
- Explore the page you landed on (Web Hosting product page).

Disk Cleanup
Scenario:

You are worried that you might be running out of disk space on your current Web Hosting package.
- Explore the Disk Cleanup tool to find out more about your disk usage.
- Clean up mail you don’t need or want anymore. (This action can't be undone.)
File Manager
Scenario:

You want to control your website’s content through the File Manager tool.
- Access the File Manager tool from your Web Hosting product page.
- Explore the File Manager tool, including. Viewing the storage usage, browsing files and folders, viewing file or folder information, downloading a file, compressing files and/or folders, moving files and/or folders, copying files and/or folders, renaming a file or folder, changing permissions of a file or folder and deleting files and/or folders.
- Explore the file editor.
- Create a new file or folder.
- Search for a file you can’t find.
- Upload a file or folder.

Remember, these actions will be applied permanently.
FTP Users
Scenario:

You want to give your colleague access to a specific directory in your website files.
- Access the FTP user tools from the relevant Web Hosting product.
- Add a new FTP user. (Only on Standard, Advanced or Master packages.)
- If you have existing FTP users in this tool, explore your options, including, resetting the password, editing the directory your users have access to and deleting a user.

Remember, these actions will be applied permanently.
Mail Admin
Scenario:

You would like to manage the mailboxes and their aliases for one of your domains.
Mailboxes
- Access the Mail Admin tool from the relevant Web Hosting product page.
- Create a new mailbox so that you can send and receive email, have email storage and have access to webmail.
- Explore the Mail Admin tool options, including, resetting the email password, editing your autoresponder, viewing your mailbox credentials, editing the forwarders, setting a message size limit, disabling or enabling a mailbox and deleting a mailbox.
Aliases
- Create a new alias to redirect mail to an existing mailbox.
- Explore the alias options, including editing forwarders and deleting an alias.
Catch-all
- View the catch-all email detail.
- Explore the catch-all options, including adding a new catch-all email and editing the existing catch-all email.

Domain product page
Scenario:

You want to explore what you can do with your domains.
- Select one of your domains from the Domains listing to access more options.
- Explore the page you landed on (Domain product page).
Manage DNS
Scenario:

You want to update your domain’s DNS records.
- Access your domain’s DNS records from the Domain product page.
- Explore the Manage DNS tool options, including, adding a new record, editing a record, applying a template, exporting or importing a zone, and deleting a record.

Invoice Overview
Scenario:

You want to view your invoices and make sure your payments are up to date
- Navigate to view your invoices.
- Explore the Invoice detail, including the status and their payment methods.
- Download an invoice you might want to forward or reference later.
- See if you have any failed debit orders or outstanding invoices.
- Make a payment from this screen if any of your invoices are outstanding.
My profile
Scenario:

You want to update the personal details you complete during the sign-up process.

The xneelo Control Panel and konsoleH are two separate control panels. Any changes made to your Personal Details under the ‘My Profile’ section in the xneelo Control Panel will not reflect in konsoleH.
- Go ahead to find and update your personal details and password.
