This will ensure that no downtime is experienced on your website(s) (and emails) after a successful (transfer) vote. Check the registrant email address<i><\/i><\/a>\n    <div id=\"prep-01\" class=\"content \">\n\t\n<div class=\"large-12 accordion-list columns \">\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that you have access to the <strong>email address listed as the new registrant<\/strong> for the domain. An email \u201cticket\u201d requesting permission to transfer the domain will need to be accepted from this email address. The email will be sent from noreply@opensrs.com.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For most international TLDs you will need to instruct your current registrar to<\/span><b> \u2018unlock\u2019 your domain for transfer.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This needs to happen before you initiate the transfer process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The current registrar will need to confirm which contact will receive <b>the Authorisation Code which will be required<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to action the transfer of international TLDs (all domains except .co.za, .de, .eu). This code will be generated when the domain is unlocked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i>Note: A 60-day waiting period applies to new registrations or transfers \u2013\u00a0<\/i><i>if your domain has been registered or transferred within the last 60 days, you will not be able to submit a transfer.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul id=\"\" class=\"accordion \" data-accordion>\n  \n<li class=\"accordion-navigation\">\n  <a class=\"toggle\" href=\"#prep-02\">2. Release your domain<i><\/i><\/a>\n    <div id=\"prep-02\" class=\"content \">\n\t\n<div class=\"large-12 accordion-list columns \">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Notify your current host that the domain will be transferred away<\/strong>. In order to transfer to xneelo, you first need to cancel your hosting service with your current provider. To assist you in this process, refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/domains\/cancel-hosting-other-providers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">guide on the procedures required by the most common hosting companies.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ensure that you have a <strong>copy of your website content<\/strong> to upload to xneelo&#8217;s servers.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you will be <\/span><b>pointing your DNS records away<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from xneelo, ensure that you have a copy of your DNS records.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Step 2: Transfer<\/h3>\n<ul id=\"\" class=\"accordion \" data-accordion>\n  \n<li class=\"accordion-navigation\">\n  <a class=\"toggle\" href=\"#transfer-01\">1. Submit your transfer request<i><\/i><\/a>\n    <div id=\"transfer-04\" class=\"content \">\n\t\n<div class=\"large-12 accordion-list columns \">\n<ul>\n<li>Domains are updated or transferred via a voting process, with <strong>a voting ticket sent to the email address listed as the new registrant for the domain<\/strong>. This is the <strong>only email address authorised to accept the transfer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Domain Transfer Manager<\/strong> in konsoleH enables you to submit the transfer ticket to the outgoing registrar that will transfer your <b>domain name registration to xneelo.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>The Domain Transfer Manager is active for 47 days. If the transfer does not complete within this period, the hosting package will be cancelled, removing web content and mailboxes.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Submit the transfer request:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Browse to <a href=\"http:\/\/secure.konsoleh.co.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">konsoleH<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/login.konsoleh.co.za\/cas\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Log in<\/a> at Admin level<\/li>\n<li>Select or <strong>search for the domain name<\/strong> to transfer in the search bar of the <strong>Hosting Services<\/strong> tab<br \/>\n<a
