If you\u2019re reading this article from the computer or device with the trouble email, then your internet connection is fine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Can you access your Webmail?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Try to access your email with <a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.konsoleh.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Webmail<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. If you can\u2019t log in, and you\u2019re sure that your email address is correct, then you probably have a password error.
