Parked Domains are domain names that\u00a0point to the same website content <\/strong>(hosting package)\u00a0as the domain on which it is \u2018parked\u2019.<\/p>\n

Can I set up a domain already registered or hosted with you to point to one of my existing websites?<\/h2>\n

Yes. This is called a Parked Domain. To change your existing hosting package to a Parked domain<\/a>:<\/p>\n

  1. Please send your request to support@xneelo.com<\/a> from an\u00a0authorised<\/a> email address for that domain.<\/li>\n
  2. The text should include the following: \u201cPlease set up [domain to be Parked] as a Parked domain on [primary domain name].\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Note<\/b>: Upgrading a Registration Only<\/a> domain to a Parked domain can be done via your control panel.<\/p>\n

    Parked domains can only point to other domains on your account\u00a0with xneelo i.e. example.co.za<\/em> points directly to<\/strong> example.com<\/strong><\/em>. They don’t\u00a0redirect to a subsection within the primary domain. Multiple domains<\/a> are better suited to these requirements.<\/p>\n

    Parked domains have no hosting account of their own, but do include one mailbox. Additional mailboxes can be ordered at R9 each per month.<\/p>\n
