The konsoleH File Manager<\/b> is an easy-to-use web-based tool that allows you to manage the structure of your website content, upload files or edit them directly on the server<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The File and Folder Task menu offers the ability to create, upload, delete, copy or zip files and folders as well as change permissions, ownerships and groups which dictate access rights to the listed files.<\/p>\n

How to access the File Manager in konsoleH:<\/h2>\n

  1. Browse<\/strong> to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and log in<\/strong>\u00a0(Admin or Domain level)<\/a>\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. If Admin level: Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Service<\/b>s<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n
  3. Click Manage Services<\/b>\u00a0from the left-hand menu\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Select Services<\/strong> >\u00a0File Manage<\/b>r<\/strong>. The files within the public_html folder are immediately visible \u2013 these are website files. To view other folders (such as mail or logs) select Go to Home Folder\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. To open files,<\/strong>\u00a0double click on the file name and more menu options appear on the right.\u00a0Select a File or Folder task<\/strong> to perform e.g. Delete File<\/strong> to delete a backup file or Download File<\/strong> to download a file\"\"<\/li>\n
  6. To open\u00a0folders<\/strong> (such as\u00a0users\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 the mail folder), either double click, or click on the folder and then select Open Folder<\/strong>. Repeat for further subfolders, and then perform the required File or Folder Task\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
