Your services will be reactivated as soon as you have confirmed payment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managed and Self-Managed Servers, as well as Colocation services, require manual reactivation, which will take longer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This process applies to overdue invoices, where services on the invoice have been temporarily suspended and have reached <\/span><b>deactivation status<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Your services will remain in a deactivated status for 3 days before your services are cancelled.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your invoice remains unpaid and has reached <\/span><b>cancellation or bad debt status<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the option to have your services immediately reactivated (by using the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/control-panel\/how-to-confirm-payment-via-the-xneelo-control-panel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment Made<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tool) may not be available.
