To launch the Remote Console (Java) via the Remote Management Interface you need to download and run the JNLP (Java Network Launching Protocol) file. <\/span>The filename is called <\/span>jviewer.jnlp <\/b>on Intel and <\/span>launch.jnlp <\/b>on Supermicro boards, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/b> There are known issues with downloading the JNLP file for Intel boards using Google Chrome. If you are experiencing downloading issues, try another browser, for example, Mozilla Firefox.<\/b><\/p>\n

In order to run the JNLP file, you need to install the Java Web Start software.<\/span><\/p>\n

Java Web Start is included in the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) package.<\/span><\/p>\n
