Email forwarding <\/b>allows you to either copy or redirect mail to other email addresses<\/strong>, either within your domain or to any external email address. Select between the following options:<\/p>\n

  1. Alias forwarding<\/strong> \u2013 redirect mail by forwarding directly to another email address, without receiving it in the original mailbox.<\/li>\n
  2. Mailbox forwarding<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 receive mail to your mailbox and forward a copy to another email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you prefer to set up an email forwarder via Webmail, refer to this Help Centre article<\/a>. Alternatively, follow the steps below to set up mail forwarding via konsoleH.<\/p>\n

    Set up email forwarding<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a>\u00a0and log in\u00a0<\/strong>at Admin level<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Services<\/b>\u00a0tab<\/li>\n
    3. Select Mail<\/b>\u00a0from the left-hand menu<\/li>\n
    4. Select Manage Accounts<\/b><\/li>\n
    5. The <\/span>Manage Accounts <\/b>page will display all the active mailboxes already in use for your domain<\/span><\/strong>\n
