If exceeded, over-usage charges will be billed for the extra disk space used. The allocated disk space (storage) varies according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/web-hosting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hosting account type<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Limit email message size<\/h3>\n<p>You are able to limit the maximum email message size of incoming mail according to your needs. To do this:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Browse to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/secure.konsoleh.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">konsoleH<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>log in <\/strong>at <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/accounts-and-payments\/konsoleh-access-levels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Admin level<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Select or search for the required domain name in the\u00a0<strong>Hosting Services tab<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Mail<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand menu &gt;\u00a0<strong>Manage Accounts<\/strong>\u00a0under Mail.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Mail Admin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> page displays all mailboxes and aliases for your domain.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in line with the email address in question.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Update the <\/span><b>Message size limit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> according to your needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Save<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to save your changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Large volumes of mail and large mails affect the performance of your mailbox and make viewing mails online via Webmail cumbersome.<\/li>\n<li>Our <a title=\"Acceptable Use Policy\" href=\"\/legal\/acceptable-use-policy\/#resource-usage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acceptable Use Policy<\/a> dictates that:\n<ul>\n<li>Accounts with many files can have an adverse effect on server performance. Xneelo has the following limit: 200 000 files (i.e. an email, webpage, image file, directory etc.), or 50 000 files per directory. Accounts exceeding the above limit will have those files and\/or directories excluded from our backup system.<\/li>\n<li>Mailboxes that build up large volumes of email without being accessed are not allowed (e.g. catchall mailboxes or bounce message mailboxes). The primary cause of excessive disk usage can be due to customers having their catchall address enabled, yet never checking their primary account mailbox.
