Emails that score less than \u20185\u2019 are delivered to your inbox while emails that score higher than \u20185\u2019 are sent directly to the Spam Bucket.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to adjust the threshold value using the Spam Filter tool. However, it is important to note that the higher you place the threshold, the more Spam will pass through to your inbox. The lower you place the threshold, the less Spam will pass through to our threshold.<\/p>\n<h2>Adjust the Spam Filter Score via konsoleH:<\/h2>\n<div id=\"action_points\">\n<ol>\n<li>Browse to <a href=\"http:\/\/secure.konsoleh.co.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">konsoleH<\/a>\u00a0and <strong>log in<\/strong> (Admin or Domain level)<\/li>\n<li>Select or search for a domain name in the <strong>Hosting Service<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Mail<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand menu<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Spam Filter<\/strong> menu option<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Edit Filter Level<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the new score from the drop-down list of values<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>Warning: Should you decide to place the threshold at a value of \u20181\u2019, \u20182\u2019 or \u20183\u2019, be aware that this is an aggressive Spam score and will result in an INCREASED amount of \u2018False Positives\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend that the threshold value remains at \u20185\u2019 and that you regularly check the Spam Bucket to pick up on any \u2018False Positives\u2019.
