The konsoleH Disk Cleanup<\/b> tool allows you to manage your disk usage effectively by specifying how often email logfiles should be deleted.\u00a0<\/strong>These rules can be specified for an individual\u00a0domain\u00a0or for all domains in\u00a0your account.<\/p>\n

The rules that are specified are applied during a nightly disk cleanup process, so settings do not take immediate effect. However, if you wish to initiate a cleanup immediately, specify the intervals and then click Clean Now<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Set up Disk Cleanup Rules for a Single Domain<\/h2>\n

  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a>\u00a0and log in\u00a0at Domain or Admin level<\/a>\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Select or search for a domain name or server name in the Hosting Service<\/strong> tab (Admin level only)<\/li>\n
  3. Click Manage Services<\/strong> from the left-hand menu<\/li>\n
  4. Select Disk Cleanup<\/strong> under\u00a0Files & Folders\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Click Enable Custom Rules<\/strong> to specify rules \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. You will now be able to select how long web logs<\/strong> should be kept. Select Update<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Set up Disk Cleanup Rules for all your domains<\/h2>\n

    Should you wish to setup rules at Customer\u00a0level<\/strong> (ie. for all your domains):<\/p>\n

    1. Select the Account Admin<\/strong> tab (top right of the control panel)<\/li>\n
    2. Select Maintenance<\/strong> from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n
    3. Select Disk Cleanup<\/strong> under Maintenance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Select\u00a0Enable Custom Rules<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Set your chosen rules, then select\u00a0Update<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
