If you have ordered a Web Hosting package including a domain transfer<\/strong> but have decided against transferring the domain to xneelo, the domain transfer can be cancelled<\/strong> and the order converted to Hosting Only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Although the domain administration will remain with the current registrar or host, it can be updated to point to your xneelo Hosting Only<\/strong> package.<\/p>\n

Follow the steps below to cancel your transfer and link your domain to your hosting package.<\/p>\n

1. Cancel the domain transfer<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a> and Log in at Admin<\/a> level\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Select the relevant domain<\/li>\n
  3. From the left hand menu, select Manage Service > Domain Transfer Manager<\/strong>\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Cancel\u00a0<\/strong>button at the bottom of the screen. Note that this will cancel the transfer of the domain<\/strong> to xneelo, but will not cancel the hosting package.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. If your transfer has already been submitted and it has timed out, there will be an option to Resubmit. <\/strong>Select Resubmit <\/strong>first and then proceed to Cancel<\/strong> on the next page.<\/li>\n
  6. The next screen explains how to link your domain \u2013 see below.<\/li>\n
  7. You can exit konsoleH.<\/li>\n
  8. You will receive email confirmation that:\n
      \n
    1. the domain transfer process has been cancelled<\/strong> and your domain will remain under the administration of the current registrar or host, and<\/li>\n
    2. your hosting package will remain active.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The next step is to link the domain:<\/p>\n

      2. Link the domain to the hosting package<\/h2>\n

      A.<\/b>\u00a0Update the Name Servers<\/h3>\n

      Request your current registrar or host to update the domain records with\u00a0xneelo’s name servers.<\/a><\/p>\n

      In this way you will be able to manage your DNS<\/a> via your konsoleH control panel, should it be required.<\/p>\n

      B. Point the relevant A\u2013records to xneelo<\/b><\/h3>\n

      Update the DNS in your domain provider\u2019s control panel to point the A\u2013records to your xneelo IP address<\/strong>, or request that they do this for you.<\/p>\n

      You will find the relevant IP address in your xneelo konsoleH control panel. (help<\/a>)<\/p>\n
