For your peace of mind, we offer a 7-day grace period on new orders. Should you change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of placing your order with us, you will be given a full refund on the hosting fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will also refund domain name registrations, with an R8 administration fee charged on all co.za domain registrations and an R25 administration fee on all other domain registrations.<\/p>\n

How to cancel your hosting package and domain<\/h2>\n

Note that when cancelling within this 7-day period, both the domain and hosting account will be deleted immediately<\/strong>. Ensure that you have a copy of all web and mail content before proceeding.<\/p>\n

  2. Select or search for the domain name that you wish to cancel in the Hosting Services<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n
  3. From the lefthand menu, select Manage Services > Package Admin >\u00a0Manage Terminations\u00a0\"kh-termination\"<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Select Confirm\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
