This means that lost passwords are not recoverable, however, <strong>they can be reset.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>How to Reset Passwords<\/h2>\n<h3>konsoleH Admin\/Management password<\/h3>\n<p>Use the Account Owner email address to reset the password here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forgotpassword.konsoleh.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/forgotpassword.konsoleh.co.za\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Should you no longer have access to the email address to which the password reset link is sent, please <a href=\"mailto:admin@xneelo.com\">contact\u00a0us<\/a> for assistance.<\/p>\n<h3>konsoleH Domain level access<\/h3>\n<p>To access konsoleH for a specific domain, use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Login<\/strong>: the domain name e.g. example.co.za<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password<\/strong>: the FTP password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have forgotten the Domain level\/FTP password, you will need Admin level access to reset it.
