Once your current mailbox quota is reached, additional mailboxes can be added to your current hosting package<\/strong> without having to upgrade to a hosting package with a higher mailbox quota. A monthly fee applies per additional mailbox.<\/p>\n

The current quota usage can be viewed within konsoleH under the Details<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n

Purchase additional mailboxes via konsoleH:<\/h2>\n

  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and log in<\/strong> at Admin level<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Services<\/b>\u00a0tab<\/li>\n
  3. Select Mail <\/b>in the left menu<\/li>\n
  4. Select Purchase Mailbox\u00a0\"\"<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. Choose the number of additional mailboxes you wish to add using the dropdown box<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0Purchase<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. On the next screen, click Confirm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
