It’s no longer possible to add <\/span>Authorised contacts<\/span><\/a> in konsoleH.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Your existing konsoleH contacts won’t automatically transfer to the xneelo Control Panel. <\/span><\/p>\n

Switch to <\/span>Collaborators<\/span><\/a> to set up access and permission management.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

We will only take instruction from authorised contacts<\/strong> on a xneelo account. These security measures are in place to protect your online assets. Contacts can easily be edited within konsoleH:<\/p>\n

Edit Contacts:<\/h2>\n

  1. Browse<\/strong> to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and log in<\/strong> at Admin level<\/a>\u00a0\"kh-login-wide\"<\/li>\n
  2. Select the Account Admin<\/strong>\u00a0tab (top right)\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Select Manage Contacts<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand menu<\/li>\n
  4. To Edit<\/strong>\u00a0a contact, click on the relevant name<\/li>\n
  5. To remove<\/strong> a contact, select the tickbox next to the relevant name, then click Delete<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. To add<\/strong> a contact, select Add <\/strong>next to\u00a0either the Authorised, Billing or Technical Contact as applicable\"\"<\/li>\n
  7. On the Add Contact<\/strong>\u00a0screen that appears, complete all the fields and select whether this contact is an Authoritative<\/strong>, Billing<\/strong> and\/or Technical<\/strong> Contact.\u00a0 \"\"<\/li>\n
  8. Save\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Different email addresses can be specified for a single contact person, ensuring that they receive correspondence for that specific contact type.<\/p>\n

    For example, the same individual may wish for their invoices to be sent to accounts@example.com and their newsletter to go to manager@example.com, both being the same person but having two separate email addresses. The alternative email address replaces the default email address listed for the contact, relevant to that specific contact type only.<\/p>\n
