Here you can setup and maintain a list of <strong>additional contacts<\/strong> for your account\u00a0under the following groups, depending on the <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/accounts-and-payments\/what-privileges-do-contacts-have\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">access privileges<\/a> you require:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>The Account\u00a0Owner:<\/h2>\n<p>This person is the individual who originally signed up with xneelo (or has subsequently taken on this role) and is considered to be the<strong> legal owner of the xneelo\u00a0Account <\/strong>(web hosting account, server or colocation service). The Account\u00a0Owner has full rights to request any information from xneelo, with ultimate say over the account. As the legal owner or company representative, they are responsible for the payment of any invoices on the account.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>The Authoritative Contact:<\/h2>\n<p>This person has been given permission by the Account\u00a0Owner to <strong>access all information at <a href=\"https:\/\/login.konsoleh.co.za\/cas\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">all levels<\/a><\/strong> on the customer account &#8211; complete access to konsoleH will be given. This is normally a person trusted explicitly by the Account Owner and has the ability to add or remove other contacts, place new orders and cancel services.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>The Billing Contact:<\/h2>\n<p>This person may request information relating to <strong>payments and invoices, <\/strong>but\u00a0is not authorised to change the payment method or banking details. This contact receives regular invoices that are emailed at various intervals. Access to konsoleH is not\u00a0permitted.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>The Technical Contact:<\/h2>\n<p>Technical Contacts are automatically added to each new product\u00a0that is ordered via konsoleH, but can be amended afterwards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Web Hosting:<\/strong> The technical contact gains\u00a0access to information relating to a <strong>specific domain<\/strong>, normally <strong>FTP<\/strong> and <strong>mailbox<\/strong> details. <a href=\"https:\/\/login.konsoleh.co.za\/cas\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Domain Level access<\/a> to konsoleH is allowed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Self-Managed Servers:<\/strong> The technical contact may be given data centre access.
