It is reserved for identifying the network.<\/p>\n<p><b>2nd \u201cGateway address\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Eg. 44.2.147.16 : if you ping this address, it goes to the router.<\/p>\n<p>The IP address on the xneelo Network that your server uses to send and receive communications. This is the default gateway configured on the server.<\/p>\n<p><b>3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th \u201cUsable addresses\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Eg. 44.2.147.17 [First Usable IP &#8211; that is usually the IP on which the server is accessed] &amp; 44.2.147.18 &amp; 44.2.147.19 &amp; 44.2.147.20<\/p>\n<p>Each server requires an IP to identify it. These IPs can be assigned to your server and you can assign more than 1 IP to a server. Please note we only set up the first usable IP on your server.<\/p>\n<p><b>7th \u201cRemote Management Module [RMM]\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Eg. 44.2.147.21<\/p>\n<p>The IP address assigned to the RMM. The RMM is a remote access and management hardware module that allows you to set up, monitor and troubleshoot your Self-Managed Server from a remote location.<\/p>\n<p><b>8th \u201cBroadcast IP\u201d \/ Always the last IP<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Eg. 44.2.147.22<\/p>\n<p>Used for broadcasting messages to the entire network that your server resides on.
