Should you decide to cancel your SiteBuilder package<\/b>, your SiteBuilder account, including all content, features, and functionality, will be permanently<\/strong>\u00a0removed<\/strong> from our system.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Important:<\/strong><\/span> Please ensure that you have a separate backup<\/strong> of the images and content used to create your SiteBuilder website.<\/p>\n

It is only possible to cancel<\/strong> your SiteBuilder<\/strong> package at the Admin<\/strong> Level.<\/p>\n

To cancel your SiteBuilder account:<\/h3>\n

  1. Browse<\/strong> to konsoleH<\/a>\u00a0and log in<\/strong> at Admin level

  2. Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Service<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0Software<\/b>\u00a0on the left-hand menu. Under\u00a0SiteBuilder,\u00a0<\/b>select\u00a0Manage SiteBuilder

  4. Select Cancel Package

  5. You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to cancel your package. By proceeding, you acknowledge that your SiteBuilder website will be inaccessible to you<\/strong> and you will lose features and functionalities of the site.\u00a0 Select\u00a0Confirm\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
