A well-known open-source (freely available) FTP client is <a href=\"https:\/\/filezilla-project.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FileZilla<\/a>. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The control panel includes the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/control-panel\/how-to-access-the-file-manager\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">File Manager<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which allows you to upload and manage files already on the server.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Upload during Propagation<\/h3>\n<p>While your domain is being transferred to us, there is a DNS <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/domains\/what-is-domain-propagation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">propagation<\/a> period due to the IP address of your domain changing.
