New\u00a0<\/span>email addresses\u00a0<\/strong>for your xneelo domain\u00a0can be either\u00a0<\/span>mailboxes<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span>mail aliases\u00a0<\/strong>(redirects) and are created via your konsoleH control panel.<\/p>\r\n

A\u00a0<\/span>mailbox<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>is an independent email address with full functionality. Mail is stored on the server and adds to the disk space of the domain\u2019s web hosting package. If a forwarder is added, mail will be delivered to both the mailbox and the forwarded address. An\u00a0<\/span>alias<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>is an email address that is redirected to another email address \u2013 either on the same domain or to an external address.<\/p>\r\n

Once created, mailboxes can be\u00a0<\/span>set up<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>on your desktop or mobile device in the mail programme\u00a0of your choice, or accessed online via\u00a0<\/span>WebMail<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Create a mailbox<\/h2>\r\n

  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and log in<\/strong>\u00a0(Admin or Domain level)<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\"kh-login-wide\"<\/a> 2.\u00a0Select or search for the required domain name in the\u00a0Hosting Services<\/strong> tab<\/strong> (only applicable to Admin level)<\/div>\r\n
    3. Click Mail<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand menu >\u00a0Manage Accounts<\/strong>\u00a0under Mail \"mailbox-default-setup\"<\/a> The main window is where all your active email accounts and aliases will be displayed. New hosting accounts have one active mailbox named\u00a0webmaster@ <\/strong>and can be deleted if not required.<\/div>\r\n
