The Manage Accounts tool<\/strong> in konsoleH allows you to manage the functionality of mailboxes\/email addresses associated with your domain, including resetting passwords and editing email forwarders.<\/p>\n

Note: This article refers to the old Mail Admin tool in konsoleH v1. For a guide to using the new version, see: How to manage email accounts<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Reset a Mailbox password<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Browse<\/strong> to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and log in<\/strong> at Admin level<\/a> or Domain level<\/li>\n
  2. If Admin level: Select or search for the applicable domain<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Select Mail<\/strong>\u00a0in the left-hand menu<\/li>\n
  4. Select Manage Accounts<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Select Edit<\/strong>\u00a0next to the applicable mailbox<\/li>\n
  6. Enter your new password<\/strong> and ensure you use a strong password<\/li>\n
  7. Confirm<\/strong> your new password.<\/li>\n
  8. Click\u00a0Update<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Add or Edit Email forwarders<\/h2>\n

    Email forwarding <\/b>allows you to send a copy of emails received by an email address on your domain to another email address or multiple email addresses.<\/p>\n

    1. Browse to konsoleH<\/b><\/a>\u00a0and log in<\/li>\n
    2. Access the \u00a0Hosting Services<\/b>\u00a0tab on the relevant domain<\/li>\n
    3. Select Mail<\/b>\u00a0from the left-hand menu<\/li>\n
    4. Select Manage Accounts<\/b><\/li>\n
    5. The main window will display all the active email accounts already in use for the\u00a0domain<\/li>\n
    6. To add email forwarding<\/b> for a mailbox, click on the Edit<\/b>\u00a0button next to the appropriate email account<\/li>\n
    7. The drop-down box next to the Forward<\/b>\u00a0field allows you to select an existing mailbox on your domain to which you can forward a copy of all emails received.<\/li>\n
    8. The + Forward<\/b>\u00a0fields (numbered 2 to 6) allows you to forward a copy of all emails received to an external email address that is unrelated to your domain.<\/li>\n
    9. To delete a forward, click Edit\u00a0<\/strong>in the relevant row, then remove the email address listed<\/li>\n
