New email addresses\u00a0<\/strong>for your xneelo domain\u00a0can be either mailboxes<\/strong>\u00a0or mail aliases\u00a0<\/strong>(redirects) and are created via your konsoleH control panel.<\/p>\r\n

A mailbox<\/strong> is an independent email address with full functionality. Mail is stored on the server and adds to the disk space of the domain’s web hosting package. If a forwarder is added, mail will be delivered to both the mailbox and the forwarded address. An alias<\/strong> is an email address that is redirected to another email address \u2013 either on the same domain or to an external address.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Once created, mailboxes can be set up<\/a> on your desktop or mobile device in the mail programme\u00a0of your choice, or accessed online via WebMail<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Add an email address in konsoleH<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and log in<\/strong>. \"kh-login-wide\"<\/a><\/li>\r\n
  2. If you have logged in on Admin level<\/a>, select or search for the required domain name.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Click Mail<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand menu >\u00a0Manage Accounts<\/strong> under Mail.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \"Add<\/li>\r\n
  4. The\u00a0<\/span>Mail Admin<\/b>\u00a0page displays all mailboxes and aliases for your domain.\u00a0<\/span>Webmaster\u00a0<\/span><\/b>is the default mailbox for new hosting accounts and can be deleted if not required.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  5. Click New Mailbox<\/strong> to create a new mail account or New Mail Alias<\/strong> to create a new email alias. \"\"<\/a><\/li>\r\n
