Your\u00a0cash<\/strong> (i.e. yearly) invoice can be settled by online card payment<\/strong> or by bank transfer. Card payments are recommended<\/strong> as they reflect immediately<\/strong> and avoid transfer delays<\/strong>\u00a0and transfer\u00a0<\/strong>costs<\/strong> for international customers<\/a>. Card payments can be made\u00a0using a Credit, Debit or Cheque card.<\/p>\n

Note<\/em>: Card payment is only possible for annual<\/strong> payment; monthly or quarterly payments are only accepted by debit order. See: How to change your payment method or interval<\/a> if required.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Settle your cash invoice by card:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Browse to\u00a0konsoleH<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0log in<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0Admin level<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the\u00a0Account Admin<\/strong> tab at the top right corner of your screen.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the Billing<\/strong> > Invoicing > Statement Overview<\/strong>.

  4. Here you will be able to view all of your invoices<\/strong> to date.\u00a0 The status<\/strong> column will indicate whether an invoice has been Paid<\/strong> or if the invoice is still Owing.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Select the green Pay Now<\/strong> under the Pay Now column settle your invoice by card.\"\"<\/li>\n
  6. You will be redirected to the DPO portal<\/strong>.\u00a0 Complete the required fields to proceed with the online card payment. Select Pay.

  7. If the card you are using is 3D Secure<\/a>, you will be prompted for a\u00a0One Time Pin\u00a0 (OTP).\u00a0 Once the payment has been successful<\/strong>, a confirmation message<\/strong> will appear on the screen.<\/li>\n
