The <\/span>Volume Plan<\/span><\/a> is ideal for <\/span>Resellers<\/span><\/a>, web designers and developers who host a number of websites, as it allows you to structure your hosting according to your needs. It includes an unlimited number of hosting packages, with unlimited traffic and <\/span>generous disk space quotas<\/span><\/a> \u2013 all for a set monthly hosting fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Domain name registration and annual renewal fees are not included in the Volume Plan fee. See Domains<\/a> for a breakdown of the fees applicable for each extension administered by xneelo.<\/p>\n

Order a Volume Plan in konsoleH<\/h2>\n

  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and log in<\/strong> at Admin level<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Select NEW ORDER<\/strong> (top right)<\/li>\n
  3. Choose Volume Plan SA<\/strong> or Volume Plan DE<\/strong> according to your choice of international or local hosting<\/li>\n
  4. Click Next<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Complete your order<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    The last step will ask you to \u2018Confirm Order Details\u2019. Please make sure you have read our Terms of Service<\/a> before clicking \u2018Place Order\u2019.<\/p>\n

    When you order your Volume Plan all the domains located within the specific location are automatically included in your Volume Plan, excluding any \u2018Registration Only\u2019 domains.<\/p>\n

    If you do not want a package to form part of your Volume Plan you will need to manually exclude the package; you can include it again if required.<\/p>\n

    How to\u00a0exclude<\/b>\u00a0or\u00a0include<\/b>\u00a0a domain from your Volume Plan<\/h3>\n

    1. Browse to\u00a0konsoleH<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0log in<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0Admin level<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Select the Volume Plan<\/li>\n
    3. Select Account Management<\/b>\u00a0from the left hand menu<\/li>\n
    4. Select Include\/Exclude List<\/b><\/li>\n
    5. Select the Excluded<\/b>\u00a0or Included<\/b>\u00a0radio button next to the domain you wish to exclude or include<\/li>\n
    6. Your change is successful once the word Modified<\/b>\u00a0appears in the Status<\/b>\u00a0column<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
