Complete the information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account Type\u00a0<\/strong>can be <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/email\/pop-vs-imap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IMAP or POP<\/a>\u00a0 (IMAP is default)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong>(optional) e.g. your company name<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incoming Mail Server \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>has\u00a0<strong>mail.\u00a0<\/strong>before the domain name e.g.\u00a0<em>mail.example.com*<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>User Name\u00a0<\/strong>is your full email address<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password\u00a0<\/strong>is your mailbox password (as in the previous screen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Apple Mail will now <b>test the connection<\/b> to the specified mail server. Once this is complete, select <b>Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Incoming Mail Security<\/h3>\n<p>6. When the <b>Incoming Mail Security<\/b> screen appears, ensure the <b>Use Secure Socket Layer<\/b> option is ticked. The authentification dropdown can remain on <strong>Password<\/strong>, select <b>Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Outgoing Server Settings<\/h3>\n<p>7.
