The Manage Mailbox option<\/b>\u00a0in Webmail allows you to change your Email Password, set-up a Forward and configure an Auto Responder<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Access Manage Mailbox:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Browse to the Webmail login<\/strong><\/a> page.<\/li>\n
  2. Login with your full email address<\/strong> (eg. me@my-domain.com) and email password. (passwords are case-sensitive)<\/li>\n
  3. Select Settings<\/strong> from the left-hand menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select Manage Mailbox<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Enter your email address and email password.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click Sign In<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Change your Email Password:<\/h3>\n

    1. Select Change password<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Enter the new password twice. Please ensure you use a strong password<\/li>\n
    3. Click on Update Mailbox<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

      Set up a Forward:<\/b><\/h3>\n

      1. Under the Forwarders<\/strong> section, enter the email addresses you wish to forward your mail to (this can be an email address related to your domain or any external address.<\/li>\n
      2. Click on Update Mailbox<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

        Set up an Auto Responder:<\/b><\/h3>\n

        1. Under Autoresponse<\/strong> toggle the button to On<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Edit the Subject and Message body as needed<\/li>\n
