However, you can log into your Control Panel and <strong>indicate that you have made a payment<\/strong>, and your account will immediately be reactivated.<\/p>\n<p>In future, consider using the debit\/credit card option available via the <strong>Pay by Card<\/strong>\u00a0link on your invoice \u2013 payment reflects immediately and no further action is required.<\/p>\n<h2>How to confirm payment via konsoleH:<\/h2>\n<div id=\"action_points\">\n<ol>\n<li>Browse to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/secure.konsoleh.co.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and <strong>log in<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/accounts-and-payments\/konsoleh-access-levels\/\">Admin level<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select <b>Account Admin<\/b> on the right-hand side<\/li>\n<li>Select <b>Billing<\/b> from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select <b>Statement Overview<\/b>\u00a0and tick the <b>Payment Made<\/b>\u00a0box.<\/li>\n<li>Our system will automatically activate your account in the next few minutes. Allow 10 minutes for the system and if your account still appears as suspended then clear your cache by holding in the \u2018<b>Ctrl + F5<\/b>\u2019 keys simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>How to confirm payment via the xneelo Control Panel:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Log in to the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/create.xneelo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">xneelo Control Panel<\/a><span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>In the side menu, select\u00a0<\/span><strong>Invoices<\/strong><span>\u00a0under\u00a0<\/span><b>BILLING<\/b><span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Click on the\u00a0<\/span><strong>3 dots<\/strong><span>\u00a0menu on the right of your invoice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Select\u00a0<\/span><strong>I have paid<\/strong><span>.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong><span>\u00a0This option can only be used once per invoice and on the oldest outstanding invoice first. It can take up to 3 days for the payment to clear on your account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>You will be asked to confirm that your payment was made to xneelo&#8217;s bank account and that your customer number was used as a reference.
