access the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/control-panel\/how-to-manage-a-domains-dns-records\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage DNS tool<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> within your Control Panel to adjust your mail records to point to the IP address of the server that is hosting your mail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Contact your current mail provider:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure you have the <b>correct IP address<\/b> for mail records and that they are aware that you are transferring the domain record (DNS) to us but will be pointing the mail record to their mail server.<\/li>\n<li>Ask them if there are <b>specific settings<\/b> that need to be configured on the DNS
