However, unauthorised people or applications can still take control of your email account by means of spyware or simply guessing a weak password.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your password is simple or predictable, it becomes much easier for spammers to guess, increasing the likelihood that your mailbox will be compromised.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If xneelo has contacted you regarding a compromised mailbox, action is required of you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If we\u2019ve informed you that we have reset your mailbox password(s), you\u2019ll then need to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/control-panel\/how-to-change-your-email-password\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">change your password<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> via your control panel to regain access to your email. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is recommended that you<\/span> run security software such as anti-virus and anti-spyware. You should run a full scan of your PC before changing your password(s).
