Domain registrations will need to be cancelled individually \u2013 please follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/domains\/cancel-hosting-delete-domain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cancellation process<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Decommissioning<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>As indicated in our Terms of Service, a\u00a0<strong>30-day notice period<\/strong> applies for all cancellations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all important data and accounts have been removed within 30 days as the drives will be formatted at the time of decommissioning and all data will be lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Billing<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You are liable for the final 30-day cancellation period hosting fee, plus any traffic usage that exceeds your allocated quota, where applicable. Hosting fees paid in advance will be refunded pro-rata, taking the 30 day cancellation period into account.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Should you be cancelling your server within the <strong>7-day grace period <\/strong>after placing your order, we will proceed to decommission the server with immediate effect. You will not be liable for any fees associated with this server.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you have ordered a <strong>replacement server<\/strong>, you will <strong>not be liable for the final 30-day cancellation period<\/strong> hosting fee of the server.
