We offer the latest stable versions of PHP that are supported by Debian. We encourage you to upgrade your website to the latest version to ensure you are running on a version that is fully supported and patched regularly for security vulnerabilities. Upgrades also ensure better performance and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check for compatibility<\/h3>\n

Use the\u00a0<\/span>PHP Compatibility Scanner<\/span><\/a>\u00a0to find out if your website is\u00a0compatible with the latest available PHP versions.<\/span><\/p>\n

We recommend updating during off-peak times and then thoroughly checking your site for possible compatibility issues. The PHP Config tool allows you to downgrade<\/strong> back to the older version of PHP, should you find any errors.\u00a0 Use the same steps as listed below to upgrade\/ downgrade your version of PHP.<\/p>\n

  4. Below that select Configuration ><\/strong>\u00a0PHP Config\u00a0
