Follow the steps below to attempt to resolve the error:<\/p>\n

  2. If this problem continues, the file that records which emails you have downloaded may be corrupt. Exit Outlook Express, search for the file \u2018pop3uid.dbx\u2019 and rename it to \u2018pop3uid.bak\u2019. Reopen Outlook Express and try again.
