You can ensure correct\u00a0domain name registration information\u00a0by updating these details\u00a0easily and conveniently from within your konsoleH control panel.<\/p>\n

Submit update requests to the registrar to change your domain\u2019s registrant<\/strong>\u00a0or admin<\/strong> contact details simply by editing your details here.<\/p>\n

  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and log in at Admin level<\/a>\u00a0\"kh-login-wide\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Service<\/b> tab<\/li>\n
  3. Select Manage Services\u00a0<\/b>on the left-hand menu\u00a0\"kh-update-domain-details\"<\/li>\n
  4. Select Update Domain Details<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. Complete the form with the correct details \"kh-update-contacts\"<\/li>\n
  6. Selecting Update<\/strong> (top right) will automatically send a request to update the details with the relevant registry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    co.za & org.za domains<\/h3>\n

    The current registrant<\/b> will receive an email from the registry, eppnotice@co.za, to confirm receipt of the update request. No voting is required and the update will take 5 days<\/b> to complete. Once the update has completed another email will be sent from the registry to confirm the new registrant or admin contact details.<\/p>\n

    Other domains (.com, .net, .org, etc)<\/h3>\n

    Domain details are updated immediately.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>No notification is sent, but     validation<\/a><\/span>\u00a0will be required after the update.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Registrant details can only be updated if you are the authorised registrant<\/b> in whose name the domain is registered or if you are acting under the explicit instruction<\/b> of the registrant.<\/p>\n

    We, as an accredited registrar, reserve the right to reverse <\/b>any registrant updates which were undertaken without the consent<\/b> of the authorised registrant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
