Update the bank account details used for your debit order deduction via the Account Admin<\/strong> tab in konsoleH.<\/p>\n

Debit Orders are processed on the first working day of the month.<\/strong> The reference on your bank statement for our debit orders will indicate \u2018MultiD for xnee<\/strong>\u2019. Our debit order collections\u2019 agency is MultiData, a subsidiary of Sanlam.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> The debit order payment method is available to customers using a South African bank.<\/p>\n

Update your bank account details via konsoleH:<\/h2>\n

  1. Browse to konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and log in<\/strong> at Admin level<\/a>\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Select the Account Admin<\/strong> tab (top right)\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Select Banking Details<\/strong>\u00a0which displays the current bank account details that are saved for your hosting account.\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Proceed to update your banking details and select Update Details<\/strong>\u00a0to save the changes<\/li>\n
  5.
