Should the accumulation of disk usage across packages exceed the quota allocation of the Volume Plan,<\/span><b> over-usage charges<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like to <\/span><b>set your own traffic quotas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for Web Hosting packages that form part of your Volume Plan, visit konsoleH and make use of the <\/span><b>Volume Plan Quota Manager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The following steps will assist you:<\/b><\/p>\n<div id=\"action_points\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Browse<\/strong> to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/secure.konsoleh.co.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">konsoleH<\/a><\/strong> and <strong>log in<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/accounts-and-payments\/konsoleh-access-levels\/\">Admin level<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select or search for the applicable Volume Plan<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Account Management<\/strong> from the left-hand menu<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Quota Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Adjust the traffic quotas in the input fields and click \u2018save\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Your change is successful once the words \u2018Successfully Saved\u2019 appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the change is made all Web Hosting packages in your Volume Plan will have the new traffic quotas regardless of hosting location. i.e. the changes will apply to your Volume Plan in SA &amp; DE, should you have a Volume Plan in both locations.<\/li>\n<li>These are the default values if you choose not to make changes:\n<ul>\n<li>Basic \u2013 15 GB<\/li>\n<li>Standard \u2013 30 GB<\/li>\n<li>Advanced \u2013 50 GB<\/li>\n<li>Master \u2013 100 GB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Should you decide to exclude a Web Hosting package from your Volume Plan, the default quotas (unlimited traffic) for the individual Web Hosting packages will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false,"plain":"<span >When you order your Volume Plan, all <\/span><b>Web Hosting packages<\/b><span > and associated domains are automatically included in your Volume Plan (this excludes \u2018domain registrations\u2019). <\/span><b>These<\/b> <b>Web Hosting packages share the Volume Plan\u2019s quotas<\/b><span >.
