While we ensure that sound security protocols are followed, access to the rack is controlled by you (the customer). You will remain responsible for the integrity of the security protocols. In the event that you want to revoke rack access, the following steps must be taken:<\/p>\n

    The Authoritative contact<\/strong> or Account\u00a0Owner<\/strong> must visit the site and change the passcode on the combination lock of the hosting rack.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    In the event that only access must be removed: the customer should inform us via email<\/a> or call if urgent. The authoritative contact or Account Owner (using the authorized email address) must request the immediate removal of the person from their account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In some cases, it is possible that a Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) may be listed on multiple accounts. We strongly advise that customers reset<\/strong> the access code on their rack to secure their equipment.<\/p>\n
