Each hosting package includes a mail service. If you do not require this service as your mail is hosted elsewhere, you may disable mail via konsoleH.\u00a0 By doing so, you will no longer be able to access your email via the Mail Manage Accounts tool within konsoleH. <\/span>

To enable\/ disable the mail service via konsoleH:<\/h3>\n

<\/b>1.<\/span> Browse<\/b> to <\/span>konsoleH<\/b><\/a> and log in at <\/span>Admin level<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/a>2. If Admin level: Select or search for a domain name in the <\/span>Hosting Services<\/b> tab<\/span>
\n<\/span>3. Select <\/span>Mail<\/b> from the left-hand menu.<\/span>
\n<\/span>4. Select <\/span>Enable\/Disable Mail<\/b>.<\/span>
\n<\/span>5. Select either <\/span>Enable <\/b>or <\/span>Disable\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Note: When <\/span>disabling the mail service,<\/span><\/b> it is recommended that you <\/span>verify that your domain\u2019s <\/span>mail DNS records are correctly pointing to the <\/span>external mail host. You may use an online tool such as <\/span>MXToolBox<\/span><\/a> to test your domain\u2019s mail DNS records.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
