A <\/span>subdomain<\/b> allows you to host a separate website using your current domain name, without needing to register an additional domain name e.g. \u2018<\/span>shop.example.com<\/span><\/i>\u2019 is a subdomain of the domain \u2018example.com<\/span>\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

A subdomain can either be set up as:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a hosting package,<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. a Parked<\/a> or Multiple domain<\/a> <\/strong>(sharing the resources of the parent domain),<\/li>\n
  3. by using DNS pointing<\/li>\n
  4. or as a hosting package on a Managed Server<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Applicable hosting fees apply, with no domain fees.<\/span><\/p>\n
