2FA became mandatory for all xneelo Control Panel users on <\/span>14 July 2025<\/b>.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for your xneelo account and adds an extra layer of protection if your login credentials are ever compromised.<\/p>\n

You can choose from three methods to secure your account beyond just a password:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Install an Authenticator application<\/b> on your mobile device, which generates time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • SMS one-time code<\/b> is a temporary code sent via SMS to your phone number.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Register a Security key<\/b>, a physical device that provides hardware-based authentication for even stronger protection.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These methods enhance the security of your account, ensuring that only you can access it.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
    You’ll be prompted to complete 2FA each time you log in, unless you select the “Keep me logged in for 7 days<\/strong>” checkbox when logging in.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false,"plain":"\r\n\r\n\r\n
