You\u2019ll now be asked to complete payment <\/span>before<\/b> we register your domain via the xneelo Control Panel. This small change adds an extra layer of security and helps prevent fraudulent activity or unauthorised registrations on your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why the change?<\/b><\/h3>\n

We\u2019ve introduced upfront payment for <\/span>standalone domain registrations<\/b> to enhance security and ensure only authorised purchases are processed. This change protects your account from unauthorised orders, helps prevent fraud, and enables us to continue delivering reliable, high-quality service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment for domain registrations:<\/b><\/h3>\n

  • Card payment is required upfront, regardless of whether you are on a Cash or Debit Order payment method.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You will be directed to a secure payment gateway to complete the transaction using a <\/span>debit or credit card payment<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • EFT or debit order is not accepted for the <\/span>initial domain registration<\/b> payment<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
