If these attempts remain unsuccessful, your invoice and account status will be updated and appropriate action will be taken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019ll receive an email notification after each failed payment. You can also settle your invoice manually <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/control-panel\/how-to-settle-your-x-account-invoice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">via card payment<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><b>What happens if your invoice isn&#8217;t paid?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your invoice is not settled by<\/span><b> day 10<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, your account will be <\/span><b>restricted<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your xneelo Cloud services, including active instances, will be <\/span><b>temporarily deactivated<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will not be able to access your xneelo Cloud project, or create a new project.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your invoice is not settled by 08:00 SAST on <\/span><b>day 28<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, your services will be <\/span><b>cancelled.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your xneelo Cloud project and all associated resources will be permanently deleted, and <\/span><b>cannot be recovered.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><b>What happens if you settle your invoice?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you settle your invoice <\/span><b>before cancellation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we\u2019ll immediately restore your account and re-enable your services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you settle your invoice <\/span><b>after cancellation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we\u2019ll restore your account, but\u00a0<\/span><b>will not reinstate your cancelled services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
