File and folder permissions control who can access, view or make changes to your website files and folders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most websites use default permissions that don’t need to be changed. However, you may need to update them when installing an application or resolving a website error.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can change these permissions using the <\/span>File Manager<\/span><\/a> in your xneelo Control Panel. Your updated permissions will determine who can access or modify the selected file or folder.<\/span><\/p>\n

What permissions should I use?<\/b><\/p>\n

For most websites, the recommended default permissions are:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
