Launch Microsoft Outlook Express<br \/>\n<b>Note<\/b>: If this is the first email account setup on this computer then skip to Step 4.<br \/>\n2. On the menu bar at the top, select <b>Tools<\/b> and then click <b>Accounts<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/email-setup\/add_a_new_email_account2.jpeg\" alt=\"Outlook Express Email Setup\" width=\"394\" height=\"266\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Create new account<\/h3>\n<p>3. Select &#8220;<b>POP3<\/b>&#8221; as the incoming server type.<br \/>\n7. Click <b>Finish<\/b><br \/>\n9. You will be returned to the <b>Internet Accounts<\/b> screen. Select the recently created email account (pop.your-domain.com), click <b>Properties<\/b> and then proceed to the <b>Server<\/b> tab.<br \/>\n10.
