If you aren\u2019t able to log in, then you have the incorrect password. <strong>Forgotten passwords<\/strong> can be <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/control-panel\/how-to-change-your-email-password\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reset in your control panel<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 you will need to get your domain or web administrator to update it for you if you don\u2019t have access the the control panel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>NB:<\/strong> After resetting your password, you will need to access your <strong>Thunderbird Password Manager<\/strong> to replace the old password: <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/help-centre\/email\/reset-password-thunderbird\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here&#8217;s how<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-check-existing-account-settings\">Check existing account settings<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Launch Mozilla Thunderbird<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Choose the relevant email account tab on the left, and then click on <strong>Account Settings<\/strong> on the top right<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3.
