This guide will help you fix errors in the setup of an email account on an Android device.<\/p>\n

Is this a first time set up? Then use our\u00a0new email setup guide<\/a>, rather than this troubleshooting guide.<\/p>\n

Replace example.com<\/em> with your domain name.<\/p>\n

Launch your mail application<\/h3>\n

1. Start by selecting the mail icon from your applications screen.<\/p>\n

Open Menu<\/h3>\n

2. You need to access your Incoming & Outgoing Server settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Depending on your device either:<\/p>\n

a. Select the Menu button and then select \u00a0More > Account Settings<\/b><\/p>\n

Choose the relevant account\u00a0\u2013 proceed to step 5<\/p>\n

OR \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

b. From your Inbox, select\u00a0Manage Accounts\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Select the relevant account<\/p>\n

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select Incoming Settings<\/b><\/p>\n
