Please remember to provide us with your reason(s) for cancellation, so we can proactively address any potential issues or problems.<\/li>\n<li>If you change your mind and wish to remain with xneelo after submitting your cancellation, please contact <a href=\"mailto:billing@xneelo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">support@xneelo.com<\/a> who will gladly reverse the cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 2: Transfer your\u00a0domain name away from xneelo<\/h2>\n<p>Once your domain has been scheduled to transfer away from xneelo, your <strong>new hosting provider will be responsible for submitting the transfer request.<\/strong> They will provide you with the relevant information you\u2019ll need to process the transfer.<\/p>\n<h3>Transferring away .co.za\u00a0&amp; .org.za domains<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>After submitting your cancellation via konsoleH, \u00a0<strong>your new host may now submit the transfer request.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Registrant<\/strong> will receive an <strong>email authorisation token <\/strong>(voting ticket)\u00a0from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.registry.net.za\/\">ZA Central Registry<\/a>\u00a0that is valid for <strong>5 days<\/strong>. The Registrant needs to accept this token.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Transferring away international domains \u00a0.com, .org, .biz, .info, .cc, .co, .mobi, and .tv<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>After submitting your cancellation via konsoleH, an <strong>Authorisation Code<\/strong> will be emailed to the <strong>Registrant<\/strong> for the domain.
