Marais realised a dream to start his own company. While working at an advertising agency, he met his business partner, Chad Schilder \u2013 a developer who shared his vision. Two ambitious creatives, two sets of complementary web skills, and one great idea. A few months later, Open Agency was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2><strong>Invested in customer success<\/strong><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe see ourselves as a partner to big and small companies wanting to grow online,\u201d says J.B. \u201cWe really want our customers to succeed, helping them with any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openagency.co.za\/services\/\">design and online services that can strengthen their company.<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open Agency specialises in e-commerce and provides a wide range of digital offerings that offer Return on Investment (ROI). These include e-commerce setup and maintenance, web design and development, social media management, Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2><strong>Focused creative energy<\/strong><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each project is approached like a new creative partnership. \u201cWe only take on projects we can relate to, and we really invest energy and love into our client\u2019s companies,\u201d says J.B.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2><strong>Set-up for business growth<\/strong><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A long-time customer since 2015, J.B. began hosting Open Agency with xneelo in 2018 using the <a href=\"https:\/\/xneelo.co.za\/reseller\/\">Volume Plan product<\/a>. \u201cOnce I realised other hosting companies don&#8217;t compare, I moved all our hosting to xneelo,\u201d explains J.B. \u201cIt was the best option for my agency as it allows us to grow, focus on our clients, and not have to worry about the technicalities of hosting.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"quotable\">\u201cThe telephone support is really what sold me.
