Our new xneelo Control Panel<\/strong> was designed with your needs in mind, and provides functionality and ease of use for Self-Managed Server customers. So whether your website is hosted with us, or you manage multiple servers, you\u2019ll find the tools you need at your fingertips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manage your Self-Managed Server or order a new one!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a Self-Managed Server customer, you can now order \u2013 or cancel \u2013 servers within the new xneelo Control Panel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical support is well catered for. Get instant access to rescue tools including the RMI Tunnel, Linux Install and the Linux Rescue system as well as the ability to manage your DNS directly in the xneelo Control Panel. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also now access our new Assist Portal from the xneelo Control Panel<\/strong> \u200b\u200b \u2013 log a ticket  and get the help you need quickly.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update your details wherever you are<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the xneelo Control Panel,<\/strong> you can update your payment details and switch your payment method between cash\/EFT and debit order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s our way of taking the hassle out of tedious tasks and making updating your details more convenient.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaborate with your team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our new Collaborators<\/strong> feature lets you invite co-workers or clients to access your account. They can also invite you to collaborate on their account(s). Each collaborator role has its own permissions and separate login details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike in konsoleH, where contacts (Billing, Technical, or Authorised) do not have their own access to your account, the Collaborators functionality allows you to give your colleagues limited, role specific  access to your account while they’re logged into their own profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no longer a need to share credentials. This new feature provides more security for your management within our new control panel.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
