A significant improvement from konsoleH, the xneelo Control Panel<\/a> brings you Collaborators \u2013 the feature our customers use every day to collaborate effectively with their team. Collaborators gives you the control to assign roles, each with their own unique set of login details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the Account Owner, you can assign roles for Account Administrator, Technical Administrator and Billing Administrator. But there is so much more to the feature than simply assigning roles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Control access for Technical Administrators <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Not everyone wants their Customer Account to be an open book. This is why you can now control the access level for the Technical Administrator role. You can restrict access to specific products or product categories, giving you greater control over your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s our way of providing more peace of mind and security to you, the Account Owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select your Emergency Contacts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a business owner, we understand that you are not always available to take calls from your Web Hosting provider. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Emergency Contacts, you can choose who gets called when you\u2019re out of reach. You can nominate up to two collaborators to be the direct line of communication for our Customer Support team when you are unavailable or prefer someone else to handle your Web Hosting services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emergency contacts can be set up by choosing from the list of collaborators on your account. Remember, these contacts have their own login credentials, leaving your unique details secured. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access other accounts easily with Account Switcher<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The xneelo Control Panel allows you to switch between accounts you have access to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Say goodbye to the hassle of logging out and logging back in every time you switch accounts.
